Chocolate Fudge Frosting
This is entirely from memory....
Melt about a tablespoon of butter (maybe more) in a sauce pan. Remove from heat.
Add about two tablespoons (maybe more) of water, coffee, or milk, and about 1/4
tsp salt.
Mix in a couple of heaping tablespoons (and we are talking the kind you use to serve up food, not the wimpy measuring kind) of Hershey's unsweetened powdered cocoa (in the brown can).
Mix well. Stir in one whole box of powdered sugar. If it's too dry add a few
drops of water (it doesn't take much). If you put in too much water it will be
runny, add more powdered sugar, have extra on hand just in case.
Spread quickly on warm (not hot) cake. You need to work quickly or the frosting will set up.
