Cole Slaw
This recipe is for 1/2 head of cabbage. Expand the quantities if feeding a ravenous horde. (2 cabbage heads = approx. 30 servings)
Cabbage, rinsed and well-drained.
Grate cabbage with medium grater.
Add one small grated carrot too if you want.
Each of the following per 1/2 head of cabbage:
1 heaping tablespoon Kraft mayonnaise (no other kind is acceptable)
1 tablespoon salad oil
1 tablespoon Grey Poupon mustard (no other kind is acceptable)
1/4 tsp onion powder
dash garlic powder
1 tsp vinegar or to taste
