Katie's Garlic Mashed Potatoes
You need:
3-5 Large baking potatoes
4 Large cloves of garlic
Some cream and milk
Butter, cut into small pieces
Salt
Bake potatoes for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
Wrap garlic cloves in foil, pop in oven with the potatoes for the last
25 minutes of baking time.
Pull potatoes and garlic from oven and allow to cool
a little.
Cut potatoes in half and scoop out into a pot over
low heat.
Squeeze garlic cloves over potatoes.
Pour in a little cream, and milk. Stir. Add more
milk until potatoes reach desired consistency.
Add butter. Stir.
Add salt to taste.
