Preventing Moldy Cheese:

1. Unwrap the cheese immediately when you bring it home.

2. Obtain just enough paper towel to wrap the cheese. (Steal it from the next-door neighbor if you have to.)

3. Soak the towel in vinegar and squeeze until almost dry, then wrap the cheese in it.

4. Place in a plastic ziplock bag. It will last for weeks. No mold and no taste of vinegar.

5. How can this possibly be true? Somethings are just beyond the limits of human comprehension.

 

Why is this called "Unrecipes" (plural)? There's only one here! Hmmm. Another unsolved mystery.
